i think the best way is exercise....go jogging...or go for gym...dance also can...and must control your meal...eat lots of vege..less meat...thats the way to keep fit...hehe... hehe...last time i was a freak exerciser...and everyday at gym 1...then when i stop coz of injury and then exams..then i gain alot alot alot of weight in short times...so i dunno now i should continue exercising or not...scare d lahh...i gained about 15 kilos and my meals are just normal with last time....

hey gymnast, I also can't swing it oh.I though it was because of my flat waist.haha............. ;D haha...me too...i saw ppl swing so easily and i swing like so hard and use all my energy but also cannot stay longer 1....

haha, i exercise, hangat hangat tahi ayam i tried eating apples only for 2 weeks, it seriously worked. i stopped due to some problems.depressed.and starting to eat again. muahahah. manda...that means u eating apples only for 2 weeks without any food? it works lahh...but then u not hungry mehh...can share how many applesu eat 1 day? i also like to eat apple if i feel hugry i will eat apple...until my house's apples also finished by me in a short time...but eating apples only cannot lahh...afterward malnutrition...heeh ;D ;D yeah 2 apples for lunch and not eating during recess. i dont eat breakfast, feel like vomiting when eat breakfast dinner time, mum say must at least eat abit. then i eat abit, the half as usual, then 1 apple. serious it works.

oat with milo..yum! i used to eat like this, then my dad too. early morning before go to work. but milo fattening, no usealso la hula hoop!yeah it does help. but dont buy those plastic one you can go pasar malam buy those thick thick one very pain at 1st, sometimes itchy too..hahah but ada guna.. ohh how sad i dunno how to play hula hop lahhh...when i started to swing it the hula hop will drop after few rounds not more than 10 times also...my house got the rotten 1...but then when i use my hand to swing around my waist only ...cant swing at all imediately drop..eheh...then my waist so sakit...and i think the hula hop is the bigeest i have ever seen...eheh...any other ways ahh err, i have no problems with hula hoop. 30 minutes can.=] i think got other ways. you go find the long long thick thick type rope swing it around your waist, i think something like hula hoop too.but its something like rope.soft soft one less painful i guess.saw ppl do it at the park.

yeah rotans one. but when start like d**n geli, i'll laugh then later ok edi. then put oat with sugar also can. a little bit of sugar. i tried salt before, taste qite yucky no... cannot put salt coz salt will make u bigger size...erm i dunno lahh...according to bio facts, i think is bcoz the environment too hipertonic...then water will enter to ur body thru osmosis...bcoz got the ''perbezaan kecerunan kepekatan'' , so it wud make ur body expand...any1 correct me if im wrong ;D haha, serious? i thought salt can reduce water weight. which actually make you thinner. well, i added in salt into oat, is by accidentally. i thought salt was sugar that time.

wow...!!! manda, now you must be very skiny d lo... eat so little.....two words"pui fuk"!! omg, no, im still darn fat. that time was during july. now is hols, eat more than usual. putting on weights. which i dont want to. exercise, like lazy. everyday say tmr only exercise. in the end, didnt do anything.LOL tsk tsk, i dare not say anything.
