um......I'm not really fat .........but i hope to see myself more fit . i'm sooooo jealous seeing all the pinkies so fit and cute, but i'm tooooo big size(tall and big). Lets discuss about it.

haha, i used to be 56kg. in one month, i became 45kg. hahahha!!! but i still look fat now my way: no carbo, but do eat some carbo once in a while, no oily/fried food, more fish, less pork, MORE vege and loads of excersice..for me, i jog every day for at least an hour. eat light lunch, never skip meals.. don't drink fattening stuffs like fullcream milk lastly, eat at least 5hours before u go to sleep.. ;D

for me, i dun hv a specific way to keep fit.. cz how much i eat, only my tummy will bcm bigger, not other part..so the most effective way is eat less n exercise more..if u r lazy to exercise, jz keep walking much...cz walking for a certain time everyday is the easiest n healthy way to keep fit...try it..

eLLO...keep fit...hmm i used 2 b quite plumpy when i was in primary school...cuz i drank 2much of water... i suggest ppl should drink water...but not too much..n better dun drink too much when its time for bed...'shui zhong'...
den beside exercise...u can do anything 2 let urself sweat...when u sweaT,d water in ur body will run off...my way is 2 dance...everytime i dance i will sweat lik mad...
n dun take 2 much saltly food or sweet...n food intake must b balance... some ppl say when u r stress,u will get thinner...i agree...juz look at our daniel gohgoh... but some ppl get fat juz bcoz of stess...lolz...(wonder y)
oh yah....sit up is a very good way for keeping fit oso... so good luck for ppl who wanna keep fit...(including me...lolz) ^^

i was 50. took about 3-4 weeks to get to 40. my way almost the same as fiona's
during the whole period i dint eat meat at all except for fish. eat loads of vegie and fruits. exercise alot. in no time u can slim down. nv ever skip meals la. no good. but i stil take suga stuff. ahahaha. for now i'm at 43. and stil maintaining this weight.
