yeah rotans one. but when start like d**n geli, i'll laugh then later ok edi.
then put oat with sugar also can. a little bit of sugar. i tried salt before, taste qite yucky

i've bcome very fat after exam.. coz i like to eat during the exam period .. to release stress.. hee..!! i think to go dancing with my mum to keep fit in this holiday..!! i think it works.. but i want to ask.. if drink alot of water after dancing,will i gain the weight..??

i exercise almost everyday and eat like normal... but instead of getting thinner.. i get fatter... argh!!!! im sick of it man!!

make yourself so busy... do something bout sports... dancing. aerobic class. when you go out, no transport , just use ur leg to walk.. meals must eat... but no oily food , sweet drink. eat more vege ...
besides, i getting more fat now... cause HOLIDAYs... aghhhh!!! so i go to join dance/aerobic/music lesson ... ....... i must jia you n more fit .... .^o^.

haha..!!! me also must exercise d...getting fatter and fatter now. Haiz..i so jealous tht those ppl have nice body,fit,slim and pretty..!! Where to join dance lessons??

u can actually dance at home ...learning from d MV or anything...not nessesary 2 go 2 classes..but if got..more good lar...but for me....i kinda live in a jungle..'rimba'...lolz...so hard 2 find dancind class....
n i found out another way 4 not eating much... it works on me....when u r thinking of someone... or juz think of daniel if u like....or u hav seen ur idol or someone u like... u will b always thinking of him/her.... hence u wont feel lik eating ...eat oso abit...lolz... but this way is quite not healthy lar... ^^

i think the best way is exercise....go jogging...or go for gym...dance also can...and must control your meal...eat lots of vege..less meat...thats the way to keep fit...hehe...

haha, i exercise, hangat hangat tahi ayam i tried eating apples only for 2 weeks, it seriously worked. i stopped due to some problems.depressed.and starting to eat again. muahahah. manda...that means u eating apples only for 2 weeks without any food? it works lahh...but then u not hungry mehh...can share how many applesu eat 1 day? i also like to eat apple if i feel hugry i will eat apple...until my house's apples also finished by me in a short time...but eating apples only cannot lahh...afterward malnutrition...heeh ;D ;D

eat oats! this really works... n also exercise! chinese got proverb saying: "there is no stupid women in the world, wat v have is lazy women!" so ladies, come on! haha... Har? Means 3 meals also eat oats??? haha..yes eat oats...actually oats very nice taste lohh...i like the nestum in blue pack 1 but dunno fattening or not..ehhe... ;D

oat with milo..yum! i used to eat like this, then my dad too. early morning before go to work. but milo fattening, no usealso la hula hoop!yeah it does help. but dont buy those plastic one you can go pasar malam buy those thick thick one very pain at 1st, sometimes itchy too..hahah but ada guna.. ohh how sad i dunno how to play hula hop lahhh...when i started to swing it the hula hop will drop after few rounds not more than 10 times also...my house got the rotten 1...but then when i use my hand to swing around my waist only ...cant swing at all imediately drop..eheh...then my waist so sakit...and i think the hula hop is the bigeest i have ever seen...eheh...any other ways ahh
