adus, promote california fitness pulak! take a healthy breakfast. by healthy i dont mean nasi lemak, what what noodles. take a light lunch. dinner time eat with moderation. dont eat too much or too less. whilst eating, taking you time to eat. your brain take 15mins to tell you that you are full. munch munch munch all your food completely before swallowing. take yoghurt or other pelawas to help digest your food. take lots of fruit. drink lots of water. not coke or what what. MODERATION. EXERCISE.

i still havnt check my correct weight yet... haha, went to jusco to timbang, their timbang also rosak one... Been dieting, exercising, needle on the machine still hasnt move to the left. ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png) I know what you mean abt carrying kids during shopping - very good for upper arm muscles! Some other form of exercise: 1. take your kid/nephew/niece/grandkid to the park, let them run and then you chase after them. 2. leave your handphone upstairs, forget abt it, then run upstairs to get it. 3. play catch ball with your children, everytime they drop the ball, you pick it up. Free and effective ;D. Guaranteed for good night's sleep for you and kids. But make sure you have a strong back! ;D
