I am 164cm lor. 53kg but have a bit fat tummy lah. :-(. So have to slim down tummy lor.

164cm is about 5feet 5inches. Not tall enough to be model, hehe. Long time didn't play hula hoops already lah. forgot where I put it. Somewhere in the store room. haha. I must find ways to reduce my waistline lah, go gym also not much change one.

jujulim, i'm 164 cm too............but i'm more heavy..........my weight is between 55 to 60kg.............i'm more fat..........and i've low self-esteem..........now do excercise everyday

yanend88, other than exercise also must watch what to eat wor. I only exercise 3 to 4 times a week at the gym. Now more muscle than fat compared to before going to gym. But weight just drop 1 to 2 kg in 6 months. Still want to lose 5 more kg. I think it will take time and a lot of effort lor. Lets keep working to loss weight, jia you, gambatte.

yap............my school teacher also tell me that............do more exercise..........more muscle.............but to lost weight ............hav to do lor............best is to do YOGA

cuddly, too much of lime juice not good for health...................it will thinner your 'usus'..........is bad for your 'usus' also.......... yaneng88, errm i dun drink lime juice 24/7 la... i oni drink after each meal so that is safe... my intestines are healthy... ;D ;D ;D
