I wonder how many times, in our uncles and aunties life, trying to shed off some weight, because we really missed those days when we dont hav to care about calories or stuffs and just eat whatever we likes.... in my younger days, my metabolic rate was surplussed high, i can really chomp down a big dinner + supper without worrying about gaining any extra weight. Nowadays, sitting in front of the PC also contributes to the weight gaining process... hahaha, because we are seated and not moving much except our nimble fingers... and teeths would be chomping down on some snacks too. well... my tips for those who wants to throw away some excess calories... - walk if u can. walks the extra distance when u park your car, or go for lunch or dinner.
- have a full break fast and dinner, so that you wont be tempted to go for inbetween light snacks and titbits. You wont feel hungry all the time.
- Avoid fried stuffs if you can, go more for typical steaming foods, lesser red meats more on white meats.
- wear denim pants. Its good for keeping your lower body in shape, and preventing the tummy from bulging out.

haha.. cuddlykitten! sometimes its the matter of how strong a wish or determine are we.... But we must enjoy the process, and not subjects ourselves to deprivation lor.... doing household chores also helps us to slim down too. And not forgetting, try to look into the mirror of our own image whenever we pass by the mirror. This will helps us to keep aware of our shape, the places we wants to trim down... hahaha... not talking about being too vain or what, but it really keep the awareness going , and we would put more effort into trying to look good.

What I went through was kinda bad... They would soak bandages in the chemical and wrap the bandages around me for about 45 minutes... Mind you, the bandages were ice cold !!! In an air-conditioned room... With only a small cup of hot chinese tea... Sigh... There wasn't any money back guarantee that time, so...

ohh i hate being soaked in an air conditioned room... i'll shivers like mad... anyway, put aside those bad memory... we can work out to achieve our dream weight and enjoying every aspect of it... suddenly i remembers one thing more... its that, never take bath immediately after dinner or lunch, it will make the buldge appears on our tummy part. Dont know why, but that seems to be what i hear from my mom... old wives tales i guesss.... ;D

green tea helps me to take off tht 'craving' urge for snacks you get at abt 4-5pm. And it is healthy too. Maybe we shld state what is our goal and then work together to get it off for good! It is always easier in a group!
