The talk continues from part 1. There was no Hinaningyou in my house.
(I don't have it now.)
Though I said to my mother up to about the third grader in the elementary school,
"I want Hinaningyou...".
my mother didn't try to buy it.
I came to be resigned,
and to think it was unquestionable for me even if Hinaningyou was not in my house.
Though Hinaningyou was not in my house,
mother made us a special dish at Hinamatsuri instead of the doll's.
First of all, it is a material.
"Sushi tarou" from the left is a name of the commodity.
This has the material that makes "Sushi meshi".
Pink at the center is "Kamaboko" (Boiled fish paste).
The right is a broccoli.
The eggs and rice are prepared in these.
Mixing three eggs, it burns with the frying-pan roundly.
It cuts it from the center in two when burnt.
This is a material of one.
I do this work twice because I prepare two people in my home.
"Kamaboko" (The boiled fish paste) is cut in the thickness of about 5mm.
It is cut in four as being under the photograph.
(Because it only has to make two people in my house, it is enough in this. )
The broccoli is boiled between these work industries.
"Sushi meshi", vinegar and the tool(in it, there are a lotus root, a carrot, bamboo shoots, and a mushroom.)
mix to cooked hot rice, it is cooled when mixing.
Then, it becomes "Sushi meshi".
A variety of tool(egg, seaweed, Salmon roe and so on...)
put on "Sushi meshi", it becomes "tirashi sushi", like this...
The material that exists in "Sushi tarou" is mixed with the boiled warm meal,
make "Sushi meshi".
This is cooled, and a triangular rice ball ("onigiri") is made.
To a triangular rice ball,
the egg that is burnt and cut in the half is put,
the boiled broccoli is put up,
"Kamaboko" (the boiled fish paste) cut small in the center of the rice ball is put,
and the toothpick is indicated to it.
It is this, and completion of "Food of Hinaningyou". One person eats this two.
The left is "Man's Hina", and the right is "Woman's Hina".
The distinction is put with kamaboko at the center.
It is used for "Man's Hina" to have cut a pink part of kamaboko.
Though I & my younger sisiter was not able to be bought Hinaningyou,
when this food was served for supper on March 3, I was glad.
However, I don't think that it makes such food in other houses of Japan.
In most houses, I think that it makes "tirashi sushi" in the supper of "Hinamatsuri" on March 3.
Because we become near the satiety only of eating "Food of Hinaningyou",
we only drink thin soup excluding this.
