Recipe for a wonderful new year. Needs no baking, no frying, no boiling nor steaming...enjoy...
Take twelve whole months. Clean them thoroughly of all bitterness, hate, and jealousy. Make them just as fresh and clean as possible. Now cut each month into 28, 30 or 31 parts, but don't make up the whole batch at once. Prepare it one day at a time out of these ingredients: Mix well into each day one part of faith, one part of patience, one part of courage, and one part of work. Add to each day one part of hope, faithfulness, generosity, and kindness. Blend with one part prayer, one part meditation, and one good deed. Season the whole with a dash of good spirits, a sprinkle of fun, a pinch of play, and a cupful of good humor. Pour all of this into a vessel of love. Cook thoroughly over radiant joy, garnish with a smile, and serve with quietness, unselfishness, and cheerfulness. Enjoy!!!

okok...here's a recipe... get a rather large pot. open a can of chicken mushroom soup then pour it in. fill the can full with water and then pour it in too. cut carrots, onions, potatoes and also dump that in. add chicken wing, whole leg unchopped/chopped, also add in one cube of maggi stock, add bit of water(depends how thick you want the soup), you could also add some fresh mushroom slices. bring it to a boil on high flame, then when it starts to boil, put it to small flame and then let it shimmer for an hour or so.... it can be eaten together with bread slices. try not to make the sauce that watery, its not nice. happy eating!

Cabbage & Fish Maw Soup ----------------------------------
Ingredients:
Chicken carcass (buy the kampung chicken carcass)Whole cabbage (break into 1/2) Fish Maw (dried, which you can easily get now as it's CNY) Ginger (abt 1/2 thumb sized)
1. Boil chicken carcass with water to get good chicken stock for abt 45mins.
2. Add in cabbage and ginger. Boil till cabbage is almost soft.
3. Add in fish maw and seasoning and boil till all ingredients are soft and the soup gives out its flavour - cabbage and fish maw should be soft.
Alternative: Can also add in carrots and radish, yummy but I prefer just cabbage and fish maw as it gives a 'clearer' aroma.
Tip: Buy the China cabbage as it gives a better aroma and sweet taste.
Happy trying...as easy as abc.
