In fact I just saw the broken player at our kampong house last week ;D Perhaps lillywhite can borrow me her nice record player..heeheehee ;D

Funny, i still keep a couple of Fanfare Magazine (The Weekly for Swingers) thats already turning yellow. This want dated Oct 17, 1969 with Paul Mccartney of the Beatles as the front cover. It only cost 30 cts at the time. Flipping the pages and looking at the Malaysia's Top 20 chart...Don't Forget To Remember Me by Bee Gees was at the top. Looking at the TV programme...it was showing ..Tarzan, Combat (My father's fav show), I Spy, Bewitched, The Virginian, The man from U.N.C.L.E.... ;D

Eversince I found this scanner, i've gone bonkers...scanning almost everything. ;D ;D Want to share with you this autograph of Frankie Cheah. He came to my hometown as a guest singer in a talentime show. Back then we don't have Malaysian Idol contest...hahaha...but we got talentime ;D Anywya, Frankie Cheah is quite popular back in the 70's. At that time there were not many local solo artiste who recorded English song. He is the one who sang "Cheryl Moana Marie.....", i don't know the exact title of that song. He sings a lot of Ballads and his singing style a lot like Engelbert Humperdinck. While he was singing he was also a teacher but later went to work with EMI. He is quite active in the anti-piracy campaign in the music industry. Actually he is the one who came up with the idea of the Aluminium Sticker on Albums to indicate original product.
