GMT + 7 is correct for Malaysia (because it is Daylight Saving time at the moment)

My time format was set to GMT +7...for quite some time it worked just fine...
I came on again about two days ago and my time format was set to GMT +7, but it was about an hour or so from the actual time in Malaysia...so I changed it to GMT +8, and the time was set correctly again.
So now should we all change our time format to GMT+8?
