sauna can steam ur hair at da same time..save all da hair steaming..u wash ur hair siap-siap,den put da steaming cream..den masuk..same effect mia..
sauna is dry..but u can put some lotion so tht ur skin dun dry out..sauna is fun..shud go..it makes ur face look more radiant

i think sauna is better~ hehe~~ but impossible that everyday also go sauna is it?? i wan to keep fit also!! i fatter already!! wu.....

i've sick for a few days b4 CNY, and after i've recovered, my weight has dropped from 50 something to 48KG.. hee.. quite happy.. But i think after CNY, i'll gain my weight again.. everyday also soft drinks and snacks.. hee..

ajahahha...mintcube...yeah sumtimes sick is the way to lose weight....but not a healthy way lahh...sick so ''sin fu'' only can lose weight...any fastest way to lose weight?

Learn to count calories. There are abundant info in the internet about it. - :)First, according to your gender and age, find out how much calories you are suitable to take/eat per day. - ;)Know the value of your breakfast, lunch & dinner in calories. Eat moderately. As uncle IH said in one of his post, eat how much you need, not how much you want. - :DKnow how much calorie a person burn in various activities. - ;DKnow how much target calorie to burn when doing excercise. Excersice at least 2 to 3 times a week. Try the gym, people that exercise will have more muscle weight than fat weight. If you go gym regularly, you may realise that you may not lose much weight but your body becomes more lean and tone. Thus, you'll have a beautiful body shape. - :-*Exercising in the morning before breakfast burns more calories. Because when you just wake up, you metabolism rate is slower. Then, when exercise with empty stomach, like running on the spot, will give sudden acceleration on the heart, metabolism rate sudden increase will burn more fat. Since, you have not taken food yet, the fat burnt is from your extras (spare tyres). hehehe. - :)Know what kind of food and drinks are high in calories and avoid them. Red meat has higher calories than white meat. - :PCalories in drink are the culprits, so stick to plain water as first choice. Drinks like softdrink and beer have high calories but you won't feel full drinking it. Thus, you might take too much without realising. - :PTry not to eat after 8pm (avoid supper). Because after this time your body's metabolism rate slows down and burns less calories. Calories not burn will eventually turn to fat. - ;DAvoid going to buffet because it encourages you to over eat. You see, human are naturally greedy, hahaha. Diet formula: intake calories = burnt calories Anything else i miss out? hehehe. I may add more later. Happy slimming!!!!
